Because we connect all three in one system: the booth app, the business dashboard, from the first enquiry to the approved design, and our own Print Hub. Booth apps stop at the booth, and business tools stop at the invoice. We looked, and we found no one who has put a photo booth app, a full business suite and a print hub together in one system. It is one system with one price, and no more separate payments for the app, the cloud and the dashboard. We also make plans for every kind of photo booth business, from a digital-only booth to DSLR and white label, so you never pay more for an app or a feature you do not use.

Canon EOS 2000D, EOS RP and EOS R100 are tested and working today. We support the cameras photo booth businesses use most, and every camera is tested individually, never covered by generic code. That is why we do not say that every Canon works: a camera is only listed when we have tested it.
Yes. During early access you can run two booths at the same time. After early access you can subscribe, or buy more licences if you need more than two.

No. Every plan includes the business suite and dashboard, the cloud for your photos and the sharing station, in one price. None of them is a separate payment. Many booth apps charge extra for the cloud, for the sharing station and for the business tools, so the real price keeps growing. We built EventyBooth the other way round: a complete service at a fair price, so more of the money from every event stays with the operator who earned it. The only optional extras are the Print Hub, a one-time payment if you want to use professional printers, and extra devices or events if you need more than the two that every plan includes.
Yes. You can cancel from your dashboard whenever you like, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
You choose a plan to carry on. We email you at the halfway point, the day before the trial ends and on the last day, so it never comes as a surprise. If you do not choose one, your account is still there when you come back.
Any AirPrint printer works without the Print Hub. The Print Hub is a one-time $249, and it is only for professional printers. It is ready for the Mitsubishi D70 series (CP-D70DW), with DNP, Citizen and HiTi coming through free updates.
The photos from your events belong to you. They are stored in a private gallery in the cloud, and how long they are kept depends on your plan, from 1 to 12 months.
They get your proposal by email, accept it, sign the agreement online and pay the deposit by card. Then they choose or approve their photo design in their own portal, and pay the balance there. You see every step in your dashboard.
White label means your clients see your brand, not ours. Your logo, name and colours appear on your gallery, proposals, contracts, invoices, client portal and emails, and the “Powered by EventyBooth” line is removed. It is included in the Pro Plus plan.
