1. Acceptance of terms

By signing up for or using EventyBooth, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. Description of service

EventyBooth lets you run photo booth events: manage events from a web dashboard, capture photos and videos on paired iPad/iPhone devices, and deliver galleries to your guests.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

4. Subscription and billing

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through Revolut. Your plan determines how many devices you can pair and which features are available. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EventyBooth to capture, store, or share content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or violates the privacy of event guests without appropriate consent. You’re responsible for obtaining any consent needed from your guests to photograph them and share those photos through the service.

6. Ownership of your content

You retain ownership of the photos, videos, and event content you and your guests create through EventyBooth. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you — for example, syncing it to your dashboard and delivering galleries to your guests.

7. Devices

Each subscription plan includes a device limit. Pairing a device beyond your plan’s limit may require upgrading your plan. You can view and remove paired devices from the dashboard at any time.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep EventyBooth available and reliable, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, change, or temporarily suspend features of the service, including for maintenance.

9. Termination and account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app’s account menu. This permanently removes your account, events, event photos, and paired devices — this action can’t be undone.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

10. Limitation of liability

EventyBooth is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of event content due to factors outside our reasonable control.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of EventyBooth after a change means you accept the updated terms.
